Some thoughts from the artist:

Painting and drawing water has always been one of my favorite practices as an artist. The mediation it takes to see shapes and color within and through it, and the steadiness of hand to paint it all is something I take great pride in.
Add a beautiful bloom to the mix and I swoon. These pieces bring such a sense of calm and serenity to me - both in the creating and in the enjoyment afterward. Some from the most commonplace spaces. Take the time to go slowly and notice the things around you.
